ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2018 in connection with Patori P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the suspicion on account of the fact that there has been some dispute between the deceased and the present petitioner, the petitioner was named in the F.I.R. and is languishing in jail.
