The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur as the petitioner has already been taken into judicial custody. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn.
