The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 353, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., it is alleged that at about 11.30 A.M. the informant got information that this petitioner is filing nomination in Panchayat election against whom warrant has already been issued in connection with G.R. Case No. 861 of 2019 (T.R. No.83 of 2019). Upon such information, the informant reached there and tried to apprehended him but was obstructed and by taking advantage of chaos, the petitioner escaped from the scene and in spite of cooperation with the police used criminal force to deter the public

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submits that six criminal cases are pending against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
