ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 15.5.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.17237 of 2014. By order dated 15.5.2014 the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not appear on time.

Considering the same, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with
