Although the petitioner claims salary for the period June 2009 to February, 2016 but the pleadings on records of the writ petition would show that in between, this petitioner has worked under different controlling authorities including the Rural Works Department, the N.R.E.P. and finally with the respondent Corporation. The pleadings are absolutely vague and do not discuss the period of posting and also does not clearly mention as to the authority concerned, to pay the salary for the period in question.
In the circumstances no relief can be granted to the petitioner and the writ petition is disposed of affording liberty to
Patna High Court CWJC No.16590 of 2016 (2) dt.20-06-2017 the petitioner to file a representation before the authority for payment of his dues by specifically mentioning the period of salary payable by the authority concerned.
Needless to add that any representation filed, should be disposed of by the authority concerned in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.
