The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2018 in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he has no concern with the occurrence, on the basis of the confessional statement made by the co-accused Chandan Kumar the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that neither any looted material has been recovered from possession of the petitioner nor he has been placed on T.I. Parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44553 of 2018 (2) dt.02-08-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 197 of 2018.
