The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 447, 448, 452, 353, 186, 188, 332, 333, 337, 338, 427, 435, 436, 109, 224, 225, 440/120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 52 of the Prisoners Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27499 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 petitioner has been named in the F.I.R.. No specific role has been assigned to him infact, he had been in custody in connection with case of 498-A and had nothing to do with two prisoners who were said to be transferring from the premises to another premises. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has no other criminal antecedent except 498-A, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
