2. The present M.J.C. is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 20.09.2022, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2665 of 2020. A reasoned order/speaking order has been passed on 14.12.2022 while making certain payments. Therefore, there is a

Patna High Court MJC No.706 of 2023(3) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 compliance to the orders of this Court in so far as redressing the grievance of the petitioner. If the petitioner still feels aggrieved by the reasoned order/speaking order dated 14.12.2022 he is at liberty to file and invoke appropriate remedy.

3. With the above observations, the present contempt petition stand dropped.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted and pointed out that there is a delay in implementation of the orders of this Court dated 20.09.2022 in the light of sub para-(1)(I) on page-12 to the extent that in the event of non-compliance of the orders of this Court fifth respondent is liable to pay cost of Rs. 5,000/-. Obviously, there is delay in compliance of the orders of this Court, therefore, the Executive Engineer, West Patna Building Division, Building Construction Department, Patna is hereby directed to pay cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today.
