Patna High Court CWJC No.16148 of 2016 dt.25-07-2017 2/3 grievance is that in Sub-Division in question, sanction has been accorded for construction of office and residential quarters of SubDivisional Magistrate, Deputy Superintendent of Jail and Civil Court and an area of 20.21 acres have been allotted after acquiring it from the Agriculture Department, but till date even though the matter is pending since 2007, nothing has been done.

The counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent No. 12, which goes to show that construction is in progress and the Stage Government is taking steps for completing the construction in question.

Taking note of the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, particularly the averments made from para 4 onwards by the respondents, we see no further action to be taken into the matter. The petition stands disposed of with a direction to the State Authorities to complete the construction work in question at an earlier date.

As far as construction of the Civil Court is concerned, it is seen that the Registrar General of the High Court has made communication to the State Government as is evident from Annexure-R-12/D which goes to show that the land allotted i.e. 2.81 acres is not sufficient for construction of the Civil Court and therefore, extra land is required. The District Magistrate, Supaul is

Patna High Court CWJC No.16148 of 2016 dt.25-07-2017 3/3 directed to take steps for allotment of the land for construction of the Civil Court in the area in question at an earlier date. With the aforesaid, the application stands disposed of.
