The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018 in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2013 for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first information report is against unknown but subsequently his name has surfaced in the statement of one co-accused, Ranjit Kumar, who himself claims to be a hearsay witness. It is further submitted that neither T.I. Parade has been conducted nor any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
