The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 4.4.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Begusarai in S.T. No. 863 of 2006 arising out of Laukaha (Khutauna) P.S. Case No. 65 of 2004 whereby the petitioners' application for discharge under section 227 Cr.P.C. has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that now the charges have been framed. Hence, this application has become infructuous.
