JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.04.2013 passed by the District Magistrate, Banka in Angenbari Appeal case No. 74 of 2013, whereby and whereunder he has rejected the prayer of the petitioner and confirmed, the order of termination which had been passed by the District Programme Officer, Banka (Respondent no.4) in mechanical reason by his order dt. 21.5.2012 vide Memo no. 681 against the petitioner. And further for issuance of writ in the
Patna High Court CWJC No.25585 of 2013(2) dt.12-07-2023 2/2 nature of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents authority for restoration of the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika on the concerned centre."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to participate in fresh selection process, in case, she fulfills all the requisite criteria for appointment as Anganwari Sevika. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
