Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 399, 402 and 414 of the IPC and under sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as the recovery of arms and motorcycle from the petitioner is false. The petitioner is in custody since 28.8.2017 having no antecedent. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Sub Judge 11, Muzaffarpur in Bochahan Police
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59698 of 2017 (3) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 175 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner.
(b) He/she will be well represented on each date and if he/she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his/her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
