JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the Respondent Authorities to pay difference of salary, difference of gratuity and difference of leave encashment pursuant to revised pay scale given to the petitioner vide Annexure-2.

Learned counsel for the State referring to the counter affidavit submits that entire admissible dues of the petitioner has been paid and in support of his statement, he refers to

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to file a representation before the Respondent No. 6 i.e. the Executive Engineer, Local Area Engineering Organization Work Division I, Motihari, if any further amount is found payable to the petitioner.

Permission is granted.

This writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
