2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 171 of 2024 arising out of Teghrha P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8 and 20 (b) (ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The recovery is of 10.400 kg ganja from under the birth in a train.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ganja has been recovered from Vishal Kumar and Deepak Kumar. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2024 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner and submitted that in the FSL report, it has been confirmed that the recovered material was ganja.

6. Considering the huge recovery of ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The trial is directed to be expedited.
