This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of M.J.C. No.1811 of 2014, which stood rejected on 02.03.2015 due to non compliance of the Court's peremptory order dated 09.02.2015 passed by this Court, wherein three weeks' time was allowed to the learned counsel for the petitioner to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office.
