This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 28/2022 registered under section 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 100 litre of country made liquor and 5000 liter Java Mahua and also the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of one year in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Additional District and Session Judge-IV-cum-Spl.
