JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is depositing rent in court as per order impugned. It has further been submitted that nature of the suit whereunder it was initiated has changed as title suit on account of controversy in between inter se relationship and that being so, petitioner should be given a liberty to receive back the amount in case suit is dismissed which, the petitioner will certainly avail.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7415 of 2012 (3) dt.04-02-2016 With the aforesaid liberty instant petition is dismissed.
