ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.430 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the case only because of the fact that co-accused Chandan Kumar is the son of petitioner and is the friend of Himanshu, who is the main accused and has eloped with the daughter of the informant. Leaned counsel has also drawn my attention to an order dated 26.8.2014 passed in Cr.Misc. No.12952 of 2014

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30090 of 2015 (3) dt.15-10-2015 2/2 whereby son of the petitioner has been extended the privilege of regular bail by a Bench of this Court.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Town) P.S. Case No.430 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
