Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of Arms Act. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2017 on the allegation that a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent vide para-3 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.58483 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sherghaty Police Station Case No.223 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
