2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 21/ 2024 dated 21.07.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 319, 318(4) and 111 of the BNS and section 66D of the I.T. Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to get the relief of bail and his first prayer was rejected by this court vide order dated 20.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68795 of 2024 giving him a liberty to renew his prayer after framing of the charges and now the petitioner has renewed his prayer mainly in view of the said liberty, petitioner has been languishing in jail since 20.07.2024 and upon him charges have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16981 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 been framed on 23.12.2024 and thereafter there is no progress in his trial and till date no prosecution witness has been examined.

4. Learned APP for the state has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the custody period of the petitioner as well as stage of his trial, this court is now inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 21/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
