Vs. The Union of India & Ors.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that the order has been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

Liberty granted.

However, pendency of such proceedings shall not come in the way of the National Highways Authority of India in executing the work.
