JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-02-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for quashing the order dated 02.04.2018 passed in Manigachi (Nehara O.P.) Police Station Case No. 183 of 2017, by Shri Rajesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Darbhanga, whereby and whereunder the learned Court took cognizance in the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to raise all the issues raised in the present petition, before the learned trial Court, at an appropriate stage.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
