The petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 203 of 2018 (G.R. No. 2042 of 2018)), registered for the offence punishable under Sections 385, 386, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 25 (1-A), 26(1-AA)26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 4/5 of Explosive Substance Act and 17 of C.L.A. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one country made pistol was recovered from the waist of the petitioner.
