For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Dhananjay Kumar Gupta For the Respondent/s : AC to Sc21 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.

10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 21.

The present petition has been filed with a prayer to review an order dated 01-08-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1934 of 2007 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mihir Kumar Jha (as he then was). It is not a case that order was passed without hearing learned counsel for the petitioner.

The Court is of the opinion that if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 01-08-2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1934 of 2007, he was having a remedy of appeal not by way of filing a review petition and as such, I do not find any ground to

Patna High Court C. REV. No.251 of 2012 (3) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 pass any positive order in the present petition. The review petition stands disposed of.

If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
