The petition of the petitioner seeking appointment on the post of Shiksha Mitra was disposed of as having been rendered infructuous as after 1.7.2006 no appointment can be made on the post of Shiksha Mitra.

Once the appointment to the post was never made, no indulgence was called for and the writ application was

Patna High Court LPA No.828 of 2016 dt.29-06-2017 2/2 disposed of as the scheme of Shiksha Mitra was already given a go-bye in the year 2006.

Accordingly, finding no case for appointment made out, the appeal also stands disposed of.
