1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case no.506 of 2024 registered under sections 22B and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, an intoxicating cough syrup and 32 tablets, both of which were to be used as intoxicants, were seized from the possession of the accused persons including the three petitioners herein.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner Umesh Sah that this petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He is in custody since 18.12.2024 and has no criminal antecedent.
5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners Arjun Sah and Prem Kumar that both the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. They are in custody since 18.12.2024 and have no criminal antecedents.
6. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.
7. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against these petitioners in the F.I.R., none of the petitioners having any criminal antecedents together with the petitioners having remained in custody since 18.12.2024 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case no. 506 of 2024 on each of them furnishing bail
