2. The petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2017 in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 469 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 452 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of a dispute between the parties relating to payment of labour charges. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged and considering that the petitioner was arrested at the spot and the informant's wife is alleged to have suffered head injuries, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.
