Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 341, 323, 324, 307, 447, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case and there are injuries on both the sides. Altercation took place due to cutting of the trees standing over a piece of land. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

No.36819 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 case, let the abovenamed petitoners, namely, Birendra Baitha, Upendra Baitha, Harendra Baitha, Sita Ram Baitha, Ram Krit Baitha, Guriya Devi, Shobha Devi and Sunar Pati Devi, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.152 of 2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
