I have considered the reasons assigned in the aforesaid letter for non-conclusion of the trial within the stipulated time.

Considering the explanation given in the letter dated 02.01.2020, three month's time is further granted to the Additional District and Sessions Judge 1st -cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna to conclude the trial [Special (POCSO) Case no. 186 of 2018] within a period of three months.
