The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 293 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 38(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the alleged recovery of liquor has been made from side of N.H. 31 which has no concern with the petitioner. The petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 293 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
