Admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased and having more or less similar allegation, coaccused, Binod Yadav and Chhotu Yadav have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 49 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
