The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barauli P.S. Case No. 85 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed complaint petition making allegation that the petitioners had taken Rs. 1,30,000/- for sending his son to foreign country for employment, but his son was not sent to foreign country nor money was returned. It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive any money. The informant has not produced any chit of papers. All the allegations are false and concocted.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5878 of 2015 (4) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Barauli P.S. Case No. 85 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
