2. Pursuant to the order of the writ Court vide memo No. 256 dated 26.08.2019, the Director, Education Department, Bihar, Patna passed an order by which the amount that was realised from the petitioner was directed to be returned and

Patna High Court MJC No.949 of 2019(4) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 further as no release can be done, the pay fixation was accordingly directed to be restored to its original position. This order is of the year 2019 was annexed in the show cause and served and filed in this Court in the same year. Five years have lapsed and there is no reply/rejoinder to it.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is no more and as such, if the heirs have any grievance, they may be allowed to approach appropriate Court for an appropriate relief.

4. MJC No. 949 of 2019 stands abated.
