SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2015 In the light of my order dated 25.03.2015 Collector(s) Rohtas at Sasaram, Kaimur at Bhabhua and Bhojpur at Ara have agreed to allow the petitioner to look for the record of concerned G.R. case in the record room along with one of their representative for as much time petitioner want, within the same time petitioner is also at liberty to look for the record in which the date of destruction of a particular G.R. case is entered and find out the date of destruction of the concerned G.R. case also.

With the above observation and direction, the contempt petition is disposed of. In the event, petitioner is able to find out the concerned record and obtain certified copy or the date on which it was destroyed, he will apply for necessary relief before the Collector, Kaimur at Bhabhua.
