The petitioners are in custody in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) P.S. Case No.322 of 2018, a case under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 32 & 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

The petitioners were apprehended while carrying wood of blackberry tree. The petitioners confessed that one has sold to another and third one was the cutter of the wood. Petitioners are in custody since 23.05.2018. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46399 of 2018 (2) dt.03-08-2018 P2/ Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kahalgaon (Ghogha) Police Station Case No.322 of 2018, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
