The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have set the tempo of informant on fire by sprinkling kerosene oil. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the F.I.R. has been lodged after inordinate delay of 5 days. There is dispute with regard to financial transaction between the informant and the petitioners, due to which they have been falsely implicated in this case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20313 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and delayed F.I.R., let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 197 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
