ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any reason to interfere in the judgment of conviction dated 27.08.2008 passed by the learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in Criminal Appeal No. 88 of 1993/37 of 2008. However, considering that the petitioner has remained in custody for about three months, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by him.
With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
