The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 195 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 419 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant is the headmaster of the school and he alleged that the petitioners forged the signature of the headmaster on a cheque issued in favour of Jamil.

It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 filed Complaint Case No. 892 of 2013 on 23.03.2013. The case of the petitioner is earlier in point of time and the petitioner no. 1 has made specific allegation against the headmaster about forging of signatures of

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 195 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
