The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302, 323, 109, 337, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged against him in the FIR, rather he has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive of the informant. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 21.01.2019.
