2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , petitioner had stolen motorcycle and goods amounting to Rs. 40,000/- kept in the motorcycle in question . It is further alleged that mobile and other articles has also been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent.
