ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 09-11-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that against the impugned order, the petitioner has filed statutory appeal before the Conservator of Forest, Siwan Circle, Siwan (Respondent No. 3). Learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the said Appeal No. 03 of 2015.

2. Per contra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondents states that he has no objection if direction is given to Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10536 of 2015(9) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 present writ petition is disposed off with the direction to Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner i.e. Appeal No. 03 of 2015 on its own merits in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to all the parties.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
