The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A/376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is unmarried Nanad of the informant. She is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Further he submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28170 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XI, Saran at Chapra in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
