2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them outside the Court. Learned counsel has filed supplementary affidavit dated 18.9.2024 bringing on record settlement dated 18.9.2024. A copy of settlement is contained in annexure P/2. In terms of settlement, draft of Rs.9 lacs is being handed over by learned counsel for the petitioners to learned counsel for opposite party

4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.

5. Considering the settlement mentioned in supplementary affidavit, prayer for bail of these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let all the petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Saran at Chapra in Rasulpur Police Station Case No. 142 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as in terms of settlement.
