The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of forged appointment letter for the post of a teacher.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has also resigned from her post and undertakes not to commit such offence in future. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Case No. 147 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
