The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 395 & 397 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the miscreants having committed theft in the house of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is not an FIR named accused person and has been merely arrested on suspicion. It is also submitted that the articles recovered from the house of the petitioner are not even identified as the stolen articles and, in fact, T.I. Parade has not been conducted so as to connect the petitioner in the alleged crime. It is submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 16664 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 though the petitioner is accused in two other cases, but he is on bail in the said two cases. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 14.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018.
