Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph nos. 1, 6 and 9 of the writ petition.

In the present case, petitioner has made a prayer for payment of admitted dues.

Petitioner has claimed that during PACS Election he has supplied certain goods for smooth functioning of the election. After completion of election the petitioner has submitted bill of Rs. 29,764/- which is still pending and has

Patna High Court CWJC No.1754 of 2017 (2) dt.28-06-2017 not been paid.

If the petitioner has supplied the goods for smooth functioning of election the authority will be obliged to examine the claim of the petitioner and pay the admitted dues.

For convenience, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the Collector, Muzaffarpur who will examine the case of petitioner and if it is found that petitioner is entitled for payment the funds will be released in favour of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
