Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within two weeks of the complete start of the physical Court in normal course.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 429 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 302/304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the report submitted by the learned

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28337 of 2021(6) dt.24-02-2022 2/2 District and Sessions Judge, Kishanganj that the trial will be concluded within a period of five months from the date of communication of Letter No. 311 dated 16.12.2021, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the present bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial, expeditiously within the aforesaid period.

If no substantial progress takes place in conduct of the trial, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail. (Purnendu Singh, J) mantreshwar/- U T
