JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of direction commanding the Respondents to accept the application dated 22.12.2022 (Annexure-2) of the petitioner whereby the petitioner had withdrawn her resignation given by application dated 29.3.2012 for her resignation which has not been accepted as yet.

(ii). For issuance of direction commanding the Respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Anganwari Sevika for Anganwari Centre No. 5

Patna High Court CWJC No.15833 of 2014(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 likewise earlier as the petitioner is still working and conducted the work of Anganwari Centre regularly even till today.

(iii). For issuance of direction commanding the Respondent to make payment of honourarium to the petitioner for the current period as well as arrears against work done by her as the petitioner has been conducting the work of Anganwari Centre regularly since her appointment till today." 2.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined her prayer to issuance of a direction to the Respondents to pay the outstanding honourarium/ salary to the petitioner for the period, she has worked.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer, Sitamarhi, for payment of any outstanding dues, for the period she has worked.
