Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 370 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 315 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner used to torture his wife in connection of demand of dowry and during that period informant became pregnant but forcibly miscarriage was also done by accused person.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the Court referred the matter to the Mediation Centre. During the process of mediation the matter was compromised between the parties as per terms mentioned in the agreement and both sides
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19095 of 2016 (10) dt.14-06-2017 2/2 agreed to withdraw all cases filed by the respective parties. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Opposite Party No. 2 opposes the prayer of bail of the petitioner. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the co0ncerned Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.
